Rules of arbitration

Any dispute, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Contract, or any dispute concerning breach, termination or invalidity of this Contract, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Arbitration Court of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce。

Any dispute, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Contract, or in connection with breach, termination or invalidity of this Contract, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the fast track arbitration Rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce arbitration Court。

Hybrid terms - Fast arbitration rules are preferred

Any dispute, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Contract, or any dispute concerning breach, termination or invalidity of this Contract, shall be ultimately settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce。

The fast-track arbitration rule shall apply unless the court of arbitration decides that it shall apply, having regard to the complexity of the case, the amount of money in dispute and other circumstances。In the latter case, the Court shall also decide whether the tribunal shall consist of one or three arbitrators。

Hybrid terms - based on the amount in dispute

Any dispute, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Contract, or any dispute concerning breach, termination or invalidity of this Contract, shall be ultimately settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce。

Expedited arbitration rules apply if the amount of dispute does not exceed 100,000 Euros。Arbitration rules apply if the amount of dispute exceeds eur 100,000。The arbitration tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator if the amount of dispute exceeds 100,000 euro but not more than 1,000,000 Euro。The arbitral Tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators if the amount of dispute exceeds 1,000,000 Euros。The amount in dispute includes the claim in the arbitration application and the counterclaim in the reply。

Model mediation clause

Any dispute, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Contract, or in connection with breach, termination or invalidity of this Contract, shall be settled in accordance with the mediation rules of the Arbitration Court of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, unless opposed by either party。

Model mediation clause - hybrid clause

Any dispute, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Contract, or in connection with breach, termination or invalidity of this Contract, unless opposed by either party, shall be settled first in accordance with the mediation rules of the Arbitration Court of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce。
